Copilot is a natural fit when the redesign is part of a broader property or renovation project. You can generate the render and then immediately produce the supporting documents — scope of work, budget breakdown, contractor brief — without leaving your working environment.

Connect ToolRouter to Copilot

1In your agent, go to Tools → Add a tool → New tool
2Choose Model Context Protocol and enter these details

Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the Interior Design tool:

  1. Provide the room photo and describe the style, budget constraints, and any structural limitations.
  2. Run `redesign_room` via the interior-design tool to generate the photorealistic render.
  3. Ask Copilot to produce a scope-of-work document alongside the render, listing the work required to achieve the look.
  4. Have Copilot output a contractor brief with the render embedded and materials specified.

Example Prompt

Try this with Copilot using the Interior Design tool
Use interior-design to redesign this master bedroom in a contemporary style — dark feature wall, integrated wardrobes, pendant lighting. Return the render and produce a contractor brief with a scope of work and a list of materials needed.

Tips

  • State structural constraints upfront — load-bearing walls, plumbing positions — so the render stays achievable.
  • Ask for the scope of work in the same session so the render and the plan land together.
  • Copilot works well for producing a briefing document you can send directly to a tradesperson without extra formatting steps.
