Connect ToolRouter to Copilot

1In your agent, go to Tools → Add a tool → New tool
2Choose Model Context Protocol and enter these details

Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the Government Spending tool:

  1. In Copilot Chat: "Search for federal contracts awarded to [company] in the last two years"
  2. Copilot returns structured award data
  3. Ask: "Generate a government revenue analysis dashboard from this contract data"

Tips

  • Include the NAICS code in your data pull to enable industry classification of awards
  • Ask for awards sorted by value descending to identify the highest-value contracts first
  • Build a government revenue timeline by using start and end dates from the award data
