Connect ToolRouter to Copilot

Steps
Once connected (see setup above), use the AI Avatar Creator tool:
- Define the pack requirements — theme, number of variants, platform, and any brand constraints.
- Run `avatar_pack` through `ai-avatar-creator` with the source photo and locked style parameters.
- Ask Copilot to document the collection spec — style settings, variant count, and trait list — for future regeneration.
- Export the pack with a brief spec document attached for handoff to the community manager.
