Connect ToolRouter to ChatGPT

Steps
Once connected (see setup above), use the AI Avatar Creator tool:
- Provide the source photo and the shared universe or genre that all team personas should inhabit.
- Run `gaming_avatar` with `ai-avatar-creator` for each player, keeping genre parameters consistent.
- Ask ChatGPT to write a short character bio for each persona to use on the team roster page.
- Export the full set with bios and avatars as a team identity package.
