Copilot generates exports and review PDFs and keeps the structured data available in your workspace. This is useful for finance teams that store client account packages in a repository, need to version-control exports, or want to feed the data into downstream reporting or client portal systems.
Connect ToolRouter to Copilot
1In your agent, go to Tools → Add a tool → New tool
2Choose Model Context Protocol and enter these details

Steps
Once connected (see setup above), use the Accounts Preparer tool:
- Ask: "Generate an accounts export and review PDF"
- Copilot produces both documents and returns structured data
- Ask: "Save the export data as JSON to accounts-export.json"
- Use the review PDF for accountant sign-off or client delivery
